Market commentary

Sold by RM at Hershey in 2010 for $33,000, this is a neat old Packard, but its presentation is entirely superficial and gives no confidence at all that the stuff that isn't apparent on the surface is done any better than what can be seen, which isn't very good. It is a CCCA Full Classic (tm) with all that implies for events, tours and shows, and is presentable which at this price is a car with utility for a modest price.
