Fabulously restored. 7,163cc sleeve valve V 12, 163 inch wheelbase, 21 feet overall, the largest car built in Great Britain, sold originally to Australia and endowed with any number of ingenious details and features. Not beautiful, but wonderful.
Market commentary
Sale closed a few minutes after the Daimler cleared the block and destined to be a car that cant be ignored in any collection. First for its sheer size but upon closer examination for its many details and the superb construction of the drivetrain, chassis and coachwork. It is monumental.
