Equipment
T bucket roadster with track style nose, 274 cubic inch flathead, Edmunds heads, Edelbrock intake with dual Strombergs, Isky cam, Mallory distributor, Belond tube headers, 39 Ford tranny, Ross steering box, 34 Ford front and 41 Ford rear axles, 41 Merc juice brakes, 90 degree tach on steering column, sprint car style steering wheel, steel wheels with huybcaps and trim rings. Built by Jerry Mackenzie in the 50s; show winner and magazine featured at the time. An older restoration to as built condition, shows some age but is a delicious representative of the way street rods were.
Market commentary
Period built street rods like this are highly sought and while this ones condition is less than show ready it will make a huge hit on cruise night. It is well bought at this price.
