Market commentary
Bidding opened at $125,000, jumped to $150,000 on a left bid then was left to the room until the finish. The provenance of this Ghost is about as good as its possible to get: John Scheve, Tom Lester, Matt and Barbara Browning from whom Richard Paine bought it in 1985. Not the original body, but an excellent old restoration and a beautiful car which brought a reasonable price for both the buyer and the seller.
