Equipment
Cream artillery wheels, rumble seat, wide whitewalls. The car is better than its restoration. Thick paint, good interior and top. This restoration looks like it was done over a number of years in some enthusiasts garage. It will be ok for cruising and tours as long as it runs well and reliably but is not going to make the new owner very proud of its workmanship among most classic Packards. It is, however, a very cool old car.
Market commentary
There is inherently more car here than the money paid indicates, but not with this amateurish workmanship and presentation. The seller should be very happy to get this much for it.
