Equipment
Wide whitewalls, dual spot mirrors, cowl lights, Warner Patterson head and parking lights, rear spare, no luggage rack. Rear brakes only and has an electro magnetic pre selection gear shift that works but was being driven on the manual shift backup. An old Hill & Vaughn restoration, paint is shaky and the Premier generally shows its age. Very intriguing honeycomb vee radiator, carb breathes through a tunnel through the block. Rated 48hp and in good, usable touring condition; its show days are over.
Market commentary
Offered at Kruse Auburn Fall in 2000 where it sold at $45,050, then again at Auburn in 2002 where it was reported sold for $32,860. The seller would seem to have done well by bringing it to Florida, but the buyer got a terrific, and very unusual, tour car for not a lot of money.
