Equipment
RHD. Yellow wire wheels. Tapley meter, Napier clock and speedometer, Metreta fuel gauge, opening windshield panel. Crude body with four bucket seats. Mostly nickel brightwork. Quick repaint on wood, but good paint on metal panels. Good upholstery. No doubt a lot of fun to drive but no history and not much to look at.
Market commentary
The appeal of this car is all in its mechanics and little in its appearance or its (nonexistant) history. Its hard to argue with the consignors decision to keep it, but equally hard to contest the bidders decision to stop here.
