Equipment
RHD. Solar acetylene headlights, E&J kerosene sidelights, acetylene spotlight on cowl, monocle windshield, oval bolster tank, luggage trunk, rear mounted spare. Black frame and undercarriage. Sound but aged restoration to good touring condition. Very presentable and usable, but not very convincing, with no history known before the John McMullen collection in the early 90s. No Reserve.
Market commentary
Despite the historical black hole this is a very attractive and rewarding old car with 226 cubic inch power (OK, about like a Model T), 3 speed sliding gear transmission and very attractive presentation. Unfortunately its possible to have nearly as much fun in a 2 speed Model T Ford speed car for less than a quarter the money, leaving a boodle on money on the table in Hershey when this Marion left the block.
