3,401 miles, Green/Black Leather, Black Cloth Top, Red coachlines, 431ci/45hp 4-cylinder, manual, green artillery wheels, driver’s side mounted spare, rear passenger jump seats, tilt windshield, brass brightwork, acetylene headlamps, and kerosene cowl lamps. Good paint with high gloss, but there are a few cracks and large chip in the paint. Very good exterior brightwork. Very good upholstery. This Rambler Model 65 was featured at the Pebble Beach Concours d’ Elegance. The quality of the restoration is immediately apparent. Unfortunately the paint has aged. Originally owned by entrepreneur Silas N. Johnson and restored by prior owner Ray Gibson this 1911 Rambler Model 65 received a class award at the 2008 Pebble Beach Concours d’ Elegance. This vehicle was also awarded Best of Show at the Saratoga Springs Invitational Concours in 2011 while owned by Rick Eagan. Offered from the John Muckel collection.
