Equipment

Good older paint, interior and brass now showing age and use like a year old 1910 Rolls Royce might have. One of two replica bodies built together for Millard Newman, later owned by S. Prestley Blake. AACA tiol First Prize restoration, 1991 RROC Annual Meet Early Ghost class winner. Richard Solove Collection, proceeds to Ohio State University Comprehensive Cancer Center.

Market commentary

This is a very usable and enjoyable car with the legitimacy that only something like built for Millard Newman and owned by Press Blake and Richard Solove can give to a rebody. The bidders must have felt the same way, because they sure paid generously for it.
