Notes and observations recorded by Hagerty staff.

Equipment

RHD. Gray & Davis lights, Ajax trunk inside dual rear spares, Phoenix pedestal spotlight, Warner speedometer. Older cosmetics shows use but no abuse. Excellent restoration, updated for Great American Race with alternator, electric starter, gauges and disc transmission brake. Exceptionally handsome and usable, a terrific example of great brass.

Market commentary

Col. Albert Pope went through several stages before ending up in Hartford producing this 300 cu.in. four cylinder 40hp automobile capable of respectable touring speeds even today. This handsome example is superbly prepared and presented, barely showing its 15,000 miles since restoration.
