Market commentary
This old De Dions history of tours and runs gives its new owner unusual confidence in its sound mechanical condition. De Dions were produced in quantity and many have survived, with the result that prices are reasonable. The price realized here is healthy, probably reflecting bidders willingness to raise their paddles for a car with a high probability of enjoyable and relatively trouble free use.
