rare 1966 high country convertible mustang

I bought this1966 high country convertible mustang from a friend in Colorado who was building a house in 1986.He had painted it red, which was gorgeous, but about 20 years was getting in need of touch up. Due to the rarity, I brought it back to the original color, timberline green. In my research I have found slightly over 200 made in 3 colors, and only a handful of convertibles. this one has a 3 speed, 289, never rusted. I was a bit reluctant to change colors, but it is quite the head turner.

We have the exact same car, we bought it off ebay back in 2009 then it was stolen and we just recently got it back. The car also was paintef red iver the originial timberline green. It was purchased by Avis rental car new in Denver then went to Kona Hawai. Other than a rusty floor it is a all originial car.We are in the process of a total restoration back to originial. 289 2bl 3 speed manual, black interior and converible top.
