Believed to have been ordered on the day of or one before the day the Mustang was introduced on April 17, 1964, this Mustang is 90% original. The build date on this car is May 21, 1964. It has the very desirable D code engine with a color, Pagoda Green, that was one of the six colors Ford discontinued in September of 1964. It is believed to be one of less than 2000 built in this color. It has PS, PB, AT, AC, and tinted windows - just to mention a few if it's options. But there never was a window washer on the car. The first year it came back from California it was selected to be inside the Mac Donald's at 13 mile and Woodward for the winter of 2004-05. Since then it has won many awards over the years including best original early Mustang at the 2010 Mustang show at Ford World Headquarters. This was the best award since it won first place against six hundred other Mustangs. It currently only has a little over 70,000 original miles on it.
