Kevin H 1954 Greavette Sheerliner

What's in a name?

I have a 1954 Greavette Sheerliner. The boat is named "Crown Joule". I am often asked about the spelling of the second word. Once I explain what it means people really like it. Joule is a standard unit of work or energy in the Internation System of Units. The boat is powered by a Chrysler Crown M47S marine engine, hence the Crown name and Joule for the energy it provides. It is a jewel of a boat as well.
