Claim made so easy

I was in an accident back in September I worked with Adam Hogan who made the whole process painless Adam had a check in my hand within a few day.Wow i couldn't believe it. Adam kept in contact with me through the whole process. During the repair there was damage that wasn't noticed during the original appraisal, I called Adam and explained this to him, I got "No problem" have the shop send a supplemental, which they did ,again i had a check in a few days. I want to thank Adam and all the fine people at Hagerty who know how to treat their customer and the crew at Porcell's auto body in Rhode Island for being patient with me during the repairs, I know I was a thorn in there side. While my car was being repaired another classic came in that was insured by another company the owner could not believe how smooth my claim was going and his seemed to be an uphill battle.Keep up the GREAT customer service.
