I decided to drive the Cougar Friday night and headed to the downtown after 5 to catch Drivin N Cryin after attending the local cruise at Sonic. The weather didn't look that great and I expected to only stay a short time, the weather improved and I ended up staying for the whole show, had a great time. As I got back to my car to head home it hit me that my headlight switch had gone bad and I had of course put off replacing it. It was almost dark and I had a 10 minute drive ahead of me. Driving on the highway and the main roads wasn't to bad as there where lights and plenty of other cars. When I got to my road, which is kind of out in the country
few lights no other cars made things much more challenging but I made it to my driveway, which is steep, heavily wooded and about 1/4 mile up the mountain, I couldn't see my hand in front of my face. Luckily I had my trusty flip phone and hit the flash light, holding it out the window I slowly headed up to the house. I installed a new switch that weekend as I apparently can't trust myself to remember what works on my own car.
