I was driving my 1976 Datsun 280z in North Carolina after visiting my father in 1977. I was on a newly, repaved, secondary road, two lanes going through the mountains. One of my favorite symphony's came up on my newly, installed Royce AM/FM/CB radio. It all just seemed to work at the time. For the entire score I used both lanes, remembering when I used to race Go Karts. If a cop was around I'd get a ticket for sometimes fifty over. The drive was fantastic! When the entire score was over, I cruised back into "normal" driving, staying in my proper, right side lane and only going five over. Just at that time another car was heading towards me, and passed me. Thinking about what could have happened, I looked up and said that I would never do anything like that again. The experience was truly enjoyable. I've never done anything like that since. Will always remember that trip. Love my Z.
