WHAT IS IT?
I always wanted one of these when I was a kid. It is a 1974 Vanguard Citicar, built in Sebring Florida during the first fuel crisis of the 70's. I found it in a barn and I restored it. It is the oldest one that survives according to our club. I call it "What is it" because that is what people say to me when they first see it. They made around 2600 of them in the mid 70's, all electric. 30 mph and about 30-40 mile range. It's great for what it's namesake is Citicar and that is what I use it for, just driving around in the city.
