American Muscle lives on with my little red Corvette

I bought my Corvette Stingray six years ago as a retirement gift to myself. Its been such a gratifying experience restoring it to the high quality it is today. It has the original 350 rebuilt by a speed shop to 425hp.It has Hooker Headers,Demon carb,Edelbrock Hi-Rise Intake,Mallorry HEI Distributor,MSD 6al box,Iron Eagle Dart 2 Heads.I added Vintage Air last year which was a blessing in Florida.I put in a new Muncie M22 Rockcrusher 4 speed tranny and Flowmasters exhaust. It has the stock black leather interior and the pop out rear window with storage tray.I have replaced the entire suspension with new Slalom kit and Bilstein gas shocks.I just finished replacing all bushings, bearings, yokes and a new ring and pinion with 355 gears with positraction.Besides the engine I have done all the work myself with help from friends. It has taken me six years to get here but I have loved every minute of it.I get rave reviews were ever I go and that makes me very proud of the work I have done.I have owned muscle cars all my life.My first car was a 1968 Pontiac Firebird 400 four speed which started my love of American muscle and have never been without one since.I met my wife of forty years when I had a 1969 GTO 400 with a slapstick shifter. We cruised every weekend and got married with pictures in front of my car.I don't think I would have ever met her except for my GTO as she saw me and asked for a ride cause she thought my car was sweet. She has been by my side through all my muscle cars ever since. My cars have been three GTO's,two Firebirds, one Chevelle, one Camaro and now my Corvette.
