A turbo, but an automatic. Tons of chips on the nose and mediocre paint overall. A little plating is coming off the wheels. Significantly worn and flattened seats. Small dent behind the driver's door. These are highly collectible cars, but not when they're in this kind of condition.
Market commentary
In light of other recent huge prices for Supra Turbos, the consignor must have been justifiably disappointed by the reported high bid here, but for a used example with an automatic, the money offered wasn't exactly lowball and could have been considered.
