Equipment

Stock 1600cc rag top bug with 49,278 miles. Right rear fender is dented. Poor, thick repaint, tired chrome. Top is OK, interior looks well used. The radio has been removed and the hole not filled. Owned by Jodie Foster at some time and signed by her on the dash, a marginal substitute for the ubiquitous Carroll Shelby signature.

Market commentary

The buyer paid a 100% premium for the Jodie Foster provenance which adds bupkus to the Beetles value.
