Equipment

Alfa Sud engined special from Wisconsins own Tom Zats Alfa Heaven. Fair paint cracked on nose, Vice Grip marks on suspension arms. Rusty brake discs. Tiny wings. This is a FFord chassis and one might surmise that Mr. Zat, having fitted the Sud engine, then found the car only fitted the rather free ranging and high powered rules of Formula B. It would be an embarassment amongst real Formula B cars.

Market commentary

Reported sold for this amount but appeared among the late Saturday reruns as Lot 185 and was a no sale at $7,000. Given its peculiar configuration and minimal competitiveness its no surprise the first buyer might have been disappointed.
