Equipment

Original except for a good older repaint, four owners and under 100K km. The only DS23 IE dTcapotable built on the 2,347cc 144hp fuel injected chassis and one of only four dTcapotables built between 1973 and 1978. Carefully maintained and in excellent, clean original condition.

Market commentary

This excited quite a storm at Retromobile and blew the top off Christies estimate. Gallic charm, rarity and originality were combined to bring a milestone price, but its the only one there is so this is the time to buy it.
