Equipment

Chrome spoke Borranis, painted nose pop up light US model, air conditioning, Becker Mexico cassette stereo.

Condition

Very good cosmetic restoration. Excellent paint, interior and chrome, old undercoat on chassis. Outside mirror glass fell out. Good original interior and dash. A sympathetically restored and very nicely presented Daytona Spider.

Market commentary

Sold for $308,000 at RM Monterey in 1999 when it was Black, had alloy wheels and 38,814 miles (odometer shows 39,278 today.) Its a much, much better Spider today and worth the amount reported bid here.
