Market commentary
The original paperwork, however, is made out to one Ray Milo, well known merchant of high performance etceterini who fortunately has not passed away (at least as of Sunday nights RM party). Raymond says it is the second of five silver Daytonas he bought, a new Euro delivery car through Hollywood Sports Cars for each years buying trip during his salad days in the Seventies. Raymond says he drove it to Istanbul, clipping a mile marker and damaging the left front on the way back. Drogo repaired it. Then drove to Manchester, England for shipment to Montreal. Damaged the right front in a UK roundabout. Drove through an apparently unmanned US Customs post from Canada, damaged right side again in AZ. Took it to Juniors for repaint and repair. US Customs impounded it the day it was finished and it took 6 months (and an x raying) to retreive. Ray then lent car to a friend while on trip to New Guinea, who deranged the right rear suspension. It was repaired by Hollywood but still a little twitchy. Sold it to Palos Verdes surgeon with 18,000 miles for slightly more than he paid for it, not counting the $2,500 Juniors repaint.
