Equipment
426 425hp Hemi, 4-speed, 4.1 Super Track Pak, power brakes, no power steering. The only 1971 Hemi Cuda finished in FJ6 Sassy Grass Green and H6XW white vinyl interior.
Condition
Five owners from new, documented mileage, all numbers matching except the transmission, with broadcast sheet and original fender tag. Compulsively restored with NOS parts. Galen Govier was on site and gushing over the meticulous restoration. The owner related how he bought a 340 Cuda just to get the correct rear window mechanisms for this car, and it is show-winning quality throughout. Displayed behind barriers, on a custom made stand.
Market commentary
OK, so this is the only Sassy Grass Green over White 71 Hemi Cuda. Does that really, I mean really, make a difference? The restoration is something to contemplate, however, and the documentation, known history, and low verified miles add significantly to its value. Still, this is an astronomical price that bears little or no relationship to anything else with comparable performance or rarity. It is solely "I gotta have a Hemi Cuda to show off" money. Every mile, every stone chip, every crease in the upholstery will have an outsized impact on its value.
