Vehicle details

Notes and observations recorded by Hagerty staff.

Equipment

426 425hp Hemi, 4 speed, radio and heater delete. The first Hemi Cuda built, used by Chrysler to develop flat rate schedule then only 17,724 miles and essentially original except for a quick old repaint. No exterior body decals, options plate is missing. History vouched by Galen Gouvier.

Market commentary

OK, so this is the first Hemi Cuda, and its ostensibly nearly completely original, and it has only 17,724 miles. That doesnt add up to another 0 at the end of its value. Its a good value at just under $100K but full retail (and then some) at the reported high bid. Every mile, every service replacement of a hose or belt, will hurt its value.
