Equipment
302/290hp, 4-speed, Polyglas GT tires, shaker hood, spoilers, rear window slats, Hurst pistol grip shifter, Philco radio, 3.91 Traction-Lok, power steering, power brakes.
Condition
#3 Good
Runs and drives well. Flaws not noticeable to passersby. Most common condition.
Good older paint but the Boss decals are faded. The doors stick out slightly. Restored but used underneath. Newer seats and carpets. The rest of the interior looks original but well kept. A pretty good Boss 302 for driving and enjoying, but a way's off from perfect.
Market commentary
Sold by Barrett-Jackson at Scottsdale earlier this year for a similarly modest $55,000. The seller was surely hoping for more, but the presentation on this car just isn't great and there were plenty of other Mustangs in the sale to get excited over.
