Equipment
427/390hp, 4-speed, T-tops and removable rear window, pushbutton radio, BF Goodrich Radial T/A tires, steel wheels
Condition
#3 Good
Runs and drives well. Flaws not noticeable to passersby. Most common condition.
Paint shows swirls and chips with touch ups on the nose and between the windshield and hood. Bumpers are good. Slight scratching on window trim. Slight wear on the seats and carpeting. The distributor is enclosed in an aluminum case and the spark plug wires are branded cables. Engine shows some dirt. Cracks in the paint in the engine compartment. Underbody shows some dirt, and paint wear. The vehicle is a newer partial restoration that has seen a few miles since. Even with some flaws it will make for a decent driver. The engine is not original to the car nor is there any indication that it was even originally a Big Block car.
Market commentary
Given appropriate discounts for its replacement engine and several flaws, this was a reasonably priced car that will be a rewarding vintage driver for casual enjoyment rather than anything serious or show-worthy. It's a 2-time Hot Rod Power Tour participant, and that's what it is built and prepared for.
