Equipment

RHD. Comstock Racing car raced with some success by Eppie Wietzes; 302 Ford replaced original 289 in 67 for more oomph. KO wheels. Restored in 90 and looks very much like it was delivered. Good recent repaint. Known history with no stories.

Market commentary

This is a reasonable, but equally rejectable, bid for a straightforward GT40 without excuses. Estimate was $475 525,000 and its safe to say the owner, Kelly Marsh, likes the car more than the money.
