Equipment

Sapphire pushbutton radio, bumper overriders, narrow whitewalls. 1997 AACA National First Prize, 1998 Senior Grand National winning restoration. Still like new other than the nose which didnt get the bug spatter cleaned off before it lined up for the auction.

Market commentary

No Reserve. Early Friday. A very sympathetically restored and maintained Beetle that brought a good price for both the buyer and the seller. It doesnt have the eye appeal of yesterdays Metallic Grey sunroof Beetle, but it is a much better value.
