Equipment
Leston steering wheel, 34,944 km showing and maybe real. 1965 Sebring dnf with Gregg Barber, later raced by Barber in SCCA. No further history until discovered in 1971 with 2.2 liter 911S engine and 906 transmission it still has. Restored to good race car condition in 2001 by Gunnar Racing. Decent repaint, tired interior, mostly original. Original 904 engine has been located but not included.
Market commentary
This is a very good value for a 904, even with the wrong engine. 904s are highly recognizable and important Porsches and any time one changes hands for under $300,000 it is a good value, particularly with Sebring history.
