Equipment

A perfect Lotus Formula Jr., John Players colors, wobbly wheels and all. Chrome suspension, Halon fire system, period size Dunlop tires. Concours restoration with no evidence of use: beautiful and race ready but not overdone.

Market commentary

The seller wants $55K for this grasshopper. Not unreal, given its restoration, but DFV powered Formula 1 cars are available for the same money and DFX powered CART cars are half as much. This is still a gem. Chapman built great race cars.
