Equipment
All the Italian Formula Juniors were pretty little race cars. Volpinis look like small Vanwall F1s. Conventiol front engine design (and anemic Fiat 1100 engines) precluded racing success against the then new mid engined Coopers.
Market commentary
A strong price for a merely race ready F Junior. Makes the buyer of the somewhat chancy Taraschi (it looks like the Maserati 250F) at Monterey for $18K look smart.
