Notes and observations recorded by Hagerty staff.

Equipment

Chrome spoke Borranis, covered headlights, driving lights in grille, left side hood bug deflector, no bumpers, single sail vent, bright front fender louvers. Beautifully restored with bodywork by Bacchelli & Villa, engine by Diena, interior by Luppi. Tour Auto participant in 1997 and 1999. Great paint, body fits and interior. Better than new. FIA papers and January 2005 Ferrari certificate.

Market commentary

Post block sale at a healthy but deserved price. The TdF is eligible for just about every important and prestigious historic tour and competition event. At least partially as a result of that their prices have gone into low earth orbit recently. There arent many to go around and there is plenty of competition each time one comes up for sale. This is the top auction transaction for a TdF to date.
