Equipment

410 345hp, automatic, skirts, selling dealer installed continental kit, P S, P B, Town & Country radio, factory compass. Good older repaint and interior, otherwise a very sound and presentable original Edsel. Very clean and well presented.

Market commentary

Reported sold at Kruse Auburn Fall in 2003 for $39,220. Having gained about a third in value in three years its just about kept up with inflation but the seller has had three years to enjoy it while still coming out ahead financially. Thats not a bad deal at all, although $53,500 for an unrestored Edsel places a lot of weight on its originality. About $20,000 worth.
