Equipment
312 245hp, automatic, porthole hardtop, engine dressup, pushbutton radio, wheel covers, wide whitewalls, skirts. American restored to Thunderbird standards of shine and details, now iwth some age and use but still attractive and presentable. The paint color, which is apparently attended to be Inca Gold, is some gaudy bright Yellow more appropriate on a 70s Mopar.
Market commentary
This is a very good result for a Tbird in this condition, appropriate in Euros and not too far out of line in US$ these days. This Euros 46,000 all in transaction is up appreciably in the sixteen months since it was reported sold by Coys at Maastricht in January 2007 for 29,900 Euros, probably more as a result of astute buying by the seller than by any sudden appreciation in 57 Tbird prices in Europe.
