Notes and observations recorded by Hagerty staff.

Equipment

RHD. Mrs. Rhodes custom Silver Wraith. Foglights, sealed beams in headlamp housings, trafficators, multi band radio, kneeling Spirit radiator ornament. Tired, dented and worn. Awful paint, interior seams pulled but decent wood. Cracked rubber everywhere. Left door latch doesnt work but doors fit well. A striking one off, notable for its immense trunk, almost big enough to double as a hearse but intended for Mrs. Rhodes painting easels.

Market commentary

After comprehensive restoration this one off Silver Wraith will epitomize the essence of elegance, a potential show stopper at Pebble or Vuitton, particularly with its colorful history (the original owner was related to Cecil Rhodes, after whom the African country was formerly named). Deserves special recognition for its colorful and creative cataloging, but not much if any more money.
