Clean and restored with light road wear underneath. Replacement engine. A few small scrapes on the wheels. Sloppy fitting top. Very good older paint and brightwork, although the Porsche badge on the tail is loose. Very good interior. Originally a 1500 Super, but the original engine was lost years ago and it currently carries a 1958 Normal engine with light mods. A gorgeous Speedster in good colors, but it wasn't restored yesterday and it's starting to show its age.

Market commentary

This is a tasty driver quality 356 Speedster but it has many issues, enough to keep bidders from making a serious charge at it and the reported high bid is realistic.
