Equipment

1955 Canadian show car, restored some time ago. Now very tired badly in need of a total redo. Paint poorly masked, dull and cracking. No drivers door window, cheap Sparkomatic cassette stereo, cracked windshield seals. (Comments from RM Monterey Sports Car Auction, 08 00 when the car was Ivory.)

Market commentary

Reported sold at Coys Chiswick House sale in May for $147,811. Later viewed and reported sold at RMs Monterey Sports Car Auction August 00 for $145,750. Busy car, but not much else going for it beyond stamps on its passport, unless the chassis numbers are confused. Still, the prices reported are representative for a Gullwing with some years, and miles, on its restoration.
