Equipment
Nardi equipped engine with two downdraft Weber carbs, blackwall tires, hubcaps, full weather equipment, pushbutton radio. A three owner, 46,607 mile car discovered in San Francisco with zero rust. Lacquer repainted in its original Cream, original upholstery, rubber mats and top carefully preserved. Engine serviced but not rebuilt. Other systems including brakes and front suspension rebuilt. Rallied and shown since 2003, covering 8,500 miles. Impressively preserved, sympathetically re commissioned and lovingly used.
Market commentary
This Lancia could have brought more that this without being overpriced. Its combination of preservation and preparation are highly unusual, particularly on a car like this that is so sought by collectors, and so much fun to drive. The Nardi mods only add to its appeal. It would not be a suprise at $500,000.
