Equipment

Silver painted wire wheels, modern raccng bucket seats, roll bar, quartz head and driving lights. Modified with C type head and HD 8 SU carbs, Tilton dual brake master cylinders, fire system, leather rim steering wheel. Excellent cosmetics and appears to have had careful and thorough preparation. VSCCA raced in the mid 90s and completed the 1999 London Monte Carlo rally.

Market commentary

Christies bidders appropriately discounted this Jag on account of its modifications, but the buyer got a fine road car for a very reasonable price.
