One race when new, entered at the last minute in the 1953 Nurburgring 1000km by Tony Parravano driven by Vignolo/Gatsonides to 9th overall, 3rd in class. Later owned by Alec Ulman. Excellent paint, chrome and interior showing scant evidence of use. Impressive body panels and fits. The engine compartment is spotless and restored like new.

Market commentary

This is an exceptional example of a good looking car with an unusual history for a 212 Europa cabriolet and it deserved to bring every penny of this price.
