216 Chevy six, 1935 Ford 3 speed, Offenhauser aluminum valve cover, Wayne cylinder head, 2 noses, Halibrand quick change axle, roll bar, radiator fan. There are some rust bubbles present and there are brush marks in the paint. Used in To Please a Lady. Steering wheel leather worn. Attempted to qualify at Indy in 1949 or 1950, Restored in the early 80s. No Reserve.

Market commentary

Would the person who set the low estimate at $60K please share some of whatever they were smokin On the other hand, this is a real bargain for a car with To Please a Lady history and real period racing use. Its just not a $40K bargain; maybe $10K. Well bought.
