Market commentary

Offered in tired original condition by Christie's at Pebble Beach in 2002 with a high bid of $150,00, later reported sold at Kruse Auburn Fall in 2005 for $378,000. The world is fascinated by Tuckers, which are revolutionary automobiles for the time and resonate with the story of Preston Tucker's hubris, but perhaps also his undeserved fall depicted in the 1988 movie. This is what a well restored, documented Tucker is worth today.
