Equipment
Rollup divider, dual enclosed sidemounts, Trippe lights, jump seats, overdrive, polished cylinder heads. One of twelve reported built in this body style. Excellent cosmetics showing minimal age and even less use. Originally restored for Tom Lester, later owned by D. Howard. Twice a CCCA 100 point car and still in nearly impeccable condition although with somewhat dated colors.
Market commentary
Not surprisingly the high bid on this superb and rare Lincoln wasnt sufficient to separate it from its owner. The combination of convertible sedan coachwork, LeBaron design, Lincolns K V12 engine and overdrive make this an excellent, stylish and elegant car for tours and just about anything else a new owner might want to do with it. It would be a good value at anything under $150,000.
