About Hagerty’s condition ratingsClose

Restored for Roger Wilbanks in 1990. Very good older paint, chrome and interior aside from a paint blister over the left headlight. A-C-D Category 1 certified. Not fresh but little used and very good.

Market commentary

This is a bargain price for a Cord 812 Cabriolet, likely based on history that records it as a re-numbered 1936 and that no re-numbered ’36s were known to be supercharged, an historical artifact that does nothing to diminish its beauty or enjoyment. Purism trumps style and enjoyment in this case, to the benefit of the new owner.
