Market commentary
The drivers odometer reads 42,928 miles while the rear compartment reads 42,759 miles, suggesting just how many fewer miles the back half of this Duesenberg has covered than the front half. Still, it is a wonderful and impressive Duesenberg in flawless condition. The quality of Weymann, Murphy, Waterhouse and Fleetwood bodies pale by comparison with Fran Roxass craftsmanship and attention to detail and his clokes have stature of their own, quite apart from history. In twenty years this Roxas built Torpedo Phaeton will be a recognized classic on its own
