Market commentary
Sold by RM at Hershey in 2009 for $517,000 and offered here at a reasonably reduced estimate, but one the bidders couldnt bring themselves to reach. The Marmon Sixteen is a fabulous automobile both in its mechanical specification and in its clean, distinctive design by Walter Dorwin Teague, Jr. It might have been a good idea to take the money.
